Valia Foufa
Valia Foufa studied Renovation and Restoration of Buildings at the Higher Technological Educational Institute of Patras, in Greece (2004). She continued her education studying Architecture at Patras School of Architecture (2009).
The influence from the two quite similar but very different degrees that Valia undertook shape an architectural vocabulary which respects “the old” but at the same time celebrates “the new”, and becomes inspired from the past without overlooking the importance of elements derive from the modern everyday life and its needs. As a result, the architecture achieves taking into account the social, cultural and economic context of today’s world.
Worked for Aggelos Mouzakitis practice in Patras (2005-2010), managing a variety of projects in architectural, interior and construction, gaining work experience in various fields. In 2010 she established her practice in Nafplio.She is a registered architect with the Technical Chamber of Greece.

Pavlos Michos
Pavlos studied Mechanical Engineering with Energy at the Higher Technological Educational Institute of Patras, in Greece (2005). He holds a BEng (Hons) and an MSc in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Sussex (2010) as well as an MSc in Sustainable Building Technology from the University of Nottingham (2011), in the United Kingdom.
His academic backround and professional experience gives him the opportunity to offer a wide range of services combining the traditional building services engineering with cement awareness of building sustainability, creating an integrated understanding that considers the whole building in order to deliver comfortable, energy efficient solutions.
He is a registered engineer with the Technical Chamber of Greece, and an Energy Assessor certified by the Hellenic Energy Inspectorate. He is also a Member of ASHRAE as well as an Affiliate member of CIBSE.

The award-winning studio Mastrominas Architecture, provides hospitality and residential design. Ilias Mastrominas, lead architect, CEO and founder, studied architecture in the Polytechnic School of Milan and in the University of Thessaloniki. The practice was initially established in 1984 on the island of Kos and today it operates both in Kos and Athens.
Designer of renowned large-scale resort and boutique hotels, of luxurious private residences and office buildings,the studio creates projects that obtain commercial success and fame in Greece and abroad.
Over 35 years of experience, the expertise and the deep knowledge in hospitality projects, as well as the continuous seeking for aesthetic adequacy, are summarized in the awarded projects Casa Cook Kos (the first member of the brand Casa Cook and for Caravia Beach junior suites & Restaurant.

O Παύλος Χατζηαγγελίδης δημιούργησε το αρχιτεκτονικό γραφείο 314 Architecture Studio το 2004. Σπούδασε στο Εθνικό Μετσόβιο Πολυτεχνείο πολιτικός μηχανικός και στο Πανεπιστήμιο Θεσσαλίας αρχιτέκτων μηχανικός. Επίσης έκανε ένα μεταπτυχιακό στην τέχνη. Έργα του έχουν παρουσιαστεί σε αρχιτεκτονικά βιβλία, τηλεοπτικές εκπομπές, ντοκιμαντέρ και στον έντυπο και διαδικτυακό τύπο κυρίως σε διεθνές αλλά και σε ελληνικό επίπεδο, ενώ έχει λάβει μέρος σε εκθέσεις και διαγωνισμούς.
Το έργο "h3 μονοκατοικία στη Αθήνα" διακρίθηκε στα 20 δημοφιλέστερα έργα στον κόσμο για το 2013 από τη μεγαλύτερη διεθνή αρχιτεκτονική εφημερίδα ARCH DAILY, ενώ παράλληλα επιλέχτηκε μεταξύ άλλων ώστε να εκπροσωπήσει την Ελλάδα στα Ευρωπαϊκά βραβεία Mies Van der Rohe 2015 και στα Piranesi Awards 2015.
Το όνομα 314 προέρχεται από τη μαθηματική σταθερά υπολογισμού της περιμέτρου του κύκλου π=3,14. Η αναφορά στην σταθερά π σχετίζεται με τη φιλοσοφική διάσταση της έννοιας του κύκλου. Βασικό χαρακτηριστικό της αρχιτεκτονικής που παράγει το Studio 314 πέρα από το σεβασμό προς τις περιβαλλοντικές, κοινωνιολογικές και προγραμματικές παραμέτρους της σύνθεσης είναι η δημιουργία ενός κελύφους, το όποιο προτρέπει το χρήστη να αφεθεί σε διεργασίες ονειροπόλησης και αφαίρεσης.

In 1969 a group of young architects and engineers started cooperating and created the technical company "Ch. Kouloukouris — D. Mertzios — G. Papathanasiou — TETRAKTYS G.P.". Over the following years the company gained recognition by carrying out important projects and various designs, standing out for their aesthetics and architectural character.
Constant development and specialization of the company in the sector of designs led to the separation of the particular qualifications. Within this new framework of specialization, the sector of architectural designs evolved into a new dynamic team under the name "Kouloukouns & Associates". In 2003 architect Alexandros Kouloukouris joined the team, adding a fresh perspective, especially to the sector of construction.

We are an architectural studio based in Athens (GR) and recently established offices in London (UK). The firm began its creative existence in 2000 with the architect engineer Thomas Tsiropoulos. We create engaging and accessible solutions on a wide variety scale, aiming to address every issue and constraint that arise. We expand project’s features and incorporate them into our design approach while responding to our clients’ agenda.

We develop vibrant architecture with a sense of space that extends beyond itself, providing lasting value to the user. We shape and transform the physical space – from architectural landmarks to master plans with the objective of achieving the encouragement of human activity.

Zoumboulakis Architects was founded in 1995 by Theodore Zoumboulakis. The firm is a full-service architecture and design practice with a project portfolio ranging from high-end retail shops, offices, residencies, private holiday houses to tourism development projects. Having completed successfully projects for international clients in Europe, our team has developed a strong expertise in handling challenging briefs in a variety of locations. Polyanna Paraskeva has been extensively involved in the design and construction of spaces of creative and educational activity for children and infants since 1989, and she has been recognized for her work both in Greece and abroad.
