Although Architectural Design is the main activity of the office, AETER Architects takes no less pride in undertaking commissions that concern Professional Consulting and Site Supervision in the private as well as the public sector.

Τhe company IKODOMI Technical S.A. was founded in 1995 by architect Stefanos Skandalis, electrical engineer Ioannis Pesdemiotis and civil engineer Ioannis Tzananakis. The company is engaged in the design and construction of public and private projects.
In a short time, the company managed to establish itself as one of the most important and modern construction companies in its field. IKODOMI has also accomplished to be involved in very complex constructional projects using innovative construction techniques.

Despite the huge competition in construction during the last decades IKODOMI successfully expanded its activities to a wide range of significant constructional projects all over Crete.

Paly Architects are Nikos Lykoudis and Ismene Papaspiliopoulou . The architectural firm was founded in 1984 and since then it is based in Athens, undertaking mainly studies, supervisions and constructions of projects in Greece and abroad (residential buildings, restorations-reuses of landmarks, office buildings, detached houses, buildings of mixed uses, hotels). They have been distinguished at national architectural competitions and closed competitions of companies and they have participated in architectural shows in Greece and abroad. Their projects are published in Greece and abroad. Taking into account the tradition, inspired by the environment and everyday life, counting the bioclimatic design, we try to maintain the human and familiar side of architecture practice.

Gkotsis Serafimidou is an architecture practice founded by Christos Gkotsis and Elena Serafimidou. Both have followed architectural studies at Westminster University, London and postgraduate studies in Columbia University, New York.
The office is located in Athens and has projects both in Greece and abroad.
Projects include a wide range of typologies and scales, such as private residences, offices, professional practices and retails. With a definite relationship between architecture, interior design and objects, all projects investigate values such as minimum and essential. Building integrity, persistence on detail and ergonomics play a key role in the design process and the implementation of the project. An architectural language that remains strictly simple, communicates and explores contemporary aesthetics, but resists fashion and trends. Clients reflect the diversity of projects and include large multinational corporations, professionals and individuals.

Katerina Kourkoula & Hannes Livers Gutberlet.

Katerina Kourkoula (London, 1982) has worked for various architectural offices in London, New York and Athens. Katerina has taught design studio at the Cooper Union, Pratt and ETH Zurich. She studied architecture at the Bartlett School of Architecture (U.C.L.) in London and The Cooper Union in New York. Upon graduating from The Cooper Union, she was awarded the The Irma Giustino Weiss Prize, the AIA School Medal and The Certificate of Merit for the excellence in the study of Architecture. Katerina is the co-editor of the publication entitled Reactivate Athens (Ruby Press, 2017)

Hannes Livers Gutberlet (Heidelberg, 1980) has worked for Architectuurstudio Herman Hertzberger, the Office for Metropolitan Architecture (OMA/Rem Koolhaas) and Urban Think Tank.
He has been a lecturer and researcher at the Department of Architecture at ETH Zurich. He is a member of the Swiss Society of Architects and Engineers (SIA). Hannes studied economics at EBS University and architecture at TU Delft, M.I.T. and ETH Zurich. In parallel to his work at e-r-a, he is a PhD candidate at ETH Zurich.

Our architecture studio is based in Thessaloniki, Greece but we are involved in projects all over Greece as well as internationally.

Our field of expertise is designing hotels, hospitality accommodation and airbnb apartments, from the broader architectural plans to the smallest details.

The architectural office and consultancy consists of a team of architect engineers and aims to provide comprehensive design services, supervision and advice in all types of range and scale of projects architectural. The structure and size of the office enables the design and study of projects very different in both the typology as well as in level of scale. The activities extend from the interior configuration to the study of large scale and fundamentals. The office has participated in the study of residences, condominiums, shopping centers, office buildings, establishments of infrastructure and hotel complexes, among others. At the same time the office deals with landscaping design, both on an urban level, with design squares and open spaces, as well as on the landscape level with the park design. The office has repeatedly been honored with awards in architectural competitions and projects which have been presented in Greece and abroad.
The continued participation of the office in architectural competitions, which coincide with current professional pursuits, formed at our disposal types of experimentation and processing of specific forms and structures. In this way these innovative synthetic possibilities carried into practice and contributed to the advancement of studies and projects of office. We employ the constant evolution of our architecture and language adaptation of the ever-changing needs of modern society.

Peri Ergon was founded in 1987 with the aim of studying and managing building projects.
